Getting to Coopershill, Sligo, Ireland

Train: 6 trains daily depart Dublin from Conolly St. We offer a complimentary transfer from Ballymote. 

Car: Just over 2 hours from Dublin Airport, 2 hours from Galway & 2½ hours from Belfast.

Air: Ireland West Airport at Knock has multiple daily flights to the UK.  Car hire is available and Coopershill is a 45 minute drive from there.

Directions

• From Dublin
1. Take route N4, signed to SLIGO.
2. Enter County of Sligo. Pass through village of CASTLEBALDWIN.
3. After 5 miles, at DRUMFIN cross roads, turn right towards RIVERSTOWN.
4. After a 1¾ miles, turn left into driveway of COOPERSHILL, clearly signed. Follow signs to House.  Driving time from Dublin: 2½ hours

•  From Shannon & Galway
1. Take route N19 then N18 signed to ENNIS then to GALWAY.
2. To bypass Galway city, at ORANMORE take N64 to CLAREGALWAY, then N17 signed to SLIGO.
3. At COLLOONEY, turn right at roundabout on route N4 signed to DUBLIN.
4. After 4 miles, at DRUMFIN cross roads, turn left towards RIVERSTOWN.
5. After a 1¾ miles, turn left into driveway of COOPERSHILL, clearly signed. Follow signs to House.  Driving time from Shannon: 4 hours. From Galway: 2 hours.

•  From Belfast & Enniskillen 
1. Take motorway M1 to DUNGANNON.
2. Then route A4 to ENNISKILLEN and enter Republic of Ireland at BLACKLION.
3. Then route N16 through MANORHAMILTON to SLIGO.
4. Pass through Sligo town & take route N4 towards DUBLIN
5. From end of dual carriageway at COLLOONEY, continue on N4 towards DUBLIN.
6. After 4 miles, at DRUMFIN cross roads, turn left towards RIVERSTOWN.
7. After a 1¾ miles, turn left into driveway of COOPERSHILL, clearly signed. Follow signs to House.  Driving time from Belfast: 2½ hrs. From Enniskillen: 1¼ hrs. From Sligo: 20 minutes.

• From Donegal Town
1. Take route N15 towards SLIGO.
2. Pass through Sligo town & take route N4 towards Dublin.
3. From end of dual carriageway at COLLOONEY, continue on N4 towards DUBLIN.
4. After 4 miles, at DRUMFIN cross roads, turn left towards RIVERSTOWN.
5. After a 1¾ miles, turn left into driveway of COOPERSHILL, clearly signed. Follow signs to House.  Time from Donegal Town:1¼ hours. From Sligo: 20 mins.

• From Ballina (Co Mayo)
1. Take route N59 to BALLISODARE. Then take minor south for 1½ miles to COLLOONEY.
2. At Collooney, join route N4 and turn towards DUBLIN.
3. After 4 miles, at DRUMFIN cross roads, turn left towards RIVERSTOWN.
4. After a 1¾ miles, turn left into driveway of COOPERSHILL, clearly signed. Follow signs to House. Driving time from Ballina: 1 hour.
