We are passionate about fresh, locally produced food. We are fortunate to be situated at the center of a 500 acre estate and with our own vegetable and fruit gardens and in season, most of our vegetables come out of the ground a few metres from the dinning room! We source the highest quality produce available in the region and are rewarded with amazing flavours!
In September the Irish times published its annual Restaurant List for 2009.
Coopershill is the only establishment listed in all of Co. Sligo. In the same month Coopershill was named Irish Restaurant of the month by Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board for our commitment to fresh local produce.
